Our products are custom made for you, which unfortunately means we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We ask you to double check the measurements communicated on the website before making any purchase. If you are still hesitating weather the item will fit you well, please contact our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org with your precise measures and one of our team members will get in touch with you to give you personal advice.
Returns are only possible if you receive a defected product. In this case please immediately contact our customer service: email@example.com, attaching some photos of the defect you found. One of our team members will get back to you shortly and inspect the problem. If we find your complaint relevant, we will inform you and you might return the item.
When return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
